History
Post Belka
the TSAB was formed at the start of the era aproximately 30 years after the fall of the Belkan Empire when Mid-Childa began to expand beyond it's own system and dimension. the interdimensional expansion was a call by the High Council seeking to obtain greater technology that may exists beyond their reach and thus became (in name only) the founding members of the TSAB.
Pre Ai-Hazard (Post JS Incident)
After the discovery of the High Council's and the extent of their activities particulary how the TSAB they were minipulated the TSAB feared what could have happened as the High Council went to far and proceeded with a structral change restoring govermental powers to the Mid-Childan Parlament while the TSAB retained their Military/Peacekeeper duties. the idea behind this seperation of Goverment and Military was to prevent high ranking TSAB Agents from minipulating policy for their own agenda while the TSAB could freely act against government if policy was being minipulated against the people.
Despite the seperation of Government and Military the actions of the TSAB have been unaffected and more or less act in the same manner as they have in the past

Relations
Saints Church
the TSAB and the Saints Church are long time allies. The TSAB allows the Church to govern their own area on Mid-Childa and develop on it for the sake of the Belkan People under the conditions that a) Non-Belkans are treated equally and b) the Church complies with TSAB request during their invesergations. Also as a measure of good faith both groups share magical research and technology and it was the alliance between the 2 which saw the development of the Modern Belkan Magic System and TSAB Mages having the oppotunity to learn about the Ancient Belkan Magic System
In order to maintain relations Carim Gracia was made a member of the TSAB's Board of Directors as the Church's representative however for the most part she defers major decisions to the Archbishop.
