Al-Hazard is a highly avanced civilization both technologically and magically wise.
Myth
Al-Hazard was thought to be an advanced civilization that fell to ruin eons ago predating most, if not all developed civilizations including Mid-Childa and Belka. It is belived that technology from Al-Hazard contributed greatly to to the Belkan Empire's rise and a number of Lost Logia are infact it's own creations.
In modern times it is belived to only be a myth and may have never existsed however there are some who consider it real thanks to it's rumored miricles and will despertly seek it out with many doing so because it is there only hope.
History
Pre-Disapperance
Al-Hazard was a great and powerful empire however many other civilizations existsing during it's time were jellous of it's advancements and it's unwillingness to give them up. this jellousy sparked a number of conflicts which Al-Hazard's military was bale to thwat, however the conflicts continued and not all 'skirmishs' were without collateral damage. the prepetual conflict became known to Al-Hazard as the Infinate Chaos Wars
in the final days of the wars Al-Hazard developed the Barrier Veil and deployed it sealing it's entire empire and large regions of dimensional space into an isolated dimension. sealed inside Al-Hazard spents the eons isolated from the rest of the Sea of Dimensions.
At some point during it's history Izanami no-Mikoto left Al-Hazard and arrived on Earth where she built the TALON. it is unknown how she was able to breach the Barrier Veil.
Mako Trio Incident
A year prior to the Mako Trio Incident at around the same time during the Paradox Hourglass Incident the Variable Mako was hijacked by the Material Unit using a new technology developed to breach the Barrier Veil and leave Al-Hazard Space.
the following year Alicia Testarossa and Trishia no-Mikoto was sent to aprihend the Material Unit and was given a Jewel Seed in order to breach the Barrier Veil.
Structure
Al-Hazard is said to be comprised of 5 Factions, each faction specializes in a particular aspect of it's society and work together when the need requires more than one Faction's experience.
