Presea Testarossa was an antagonist of the origina Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series and the mother to Alicia Testarossa and Fate Testarossa (the latter being of her creation). she though to be alive due to Alicia being alive however there has been no evidence to either confrim or deny it no has she made an apperance.
