Jeanne d'Arc is a character mentioned in Chapter 8 by the recording of Izanami no-Mikoto in Amaterasu's Atelier.
As it is Izanami who mentions Jeanne it is suspected that she is a resident of Al-Hazard and someone Izanami trusts, warning Amaterasu to only deal with her when it came to passing over the TALON. The only method Izanami suggests in iding Jeanne is by making a very, very dark joke which Jeanne will be the only one who laughs, suggesting that she may have a terrible sense of humor.
Given that Izanami appears to know Jeanne it's more than likely that Jeanne has long since passed away.
